I have experience this problem since I first purchase the phone, I am not sure if its the phone or sprint network. But several of my friends told me that sometimes when they try to call my phone they will get a "all circuit are busy" ***, Is this a sprint network problem or is it my phone? I know that sanyo and sprint have a tendency to put new product out on the market before working out little bugs, I remember back when I had my sanyo vm4500, I use to get a "network error" when I try to make outgoing call, which turned out to be a similar issues that other sanyo vm4500 users were experiencing. So I took the phone to sprint and they gave me a new phone, but the problem didn't stop, so I gave up and let it be. But I payed $445.00 for this phone and I refuse to go through this BS again. I called sprint twice about the problem and they told me it was because 2 people was trying to call my number at the sametime. I thought that was rediculous because if thats the case someone would go straight to voicemail. Does anyone out there with the MM5600 experience this problem? am I the only one?

I've made and received plenty of calls without experiencing this problem. However, if "all circuits are busy," that would be a phone company issue. That message normally happens when the volume of calls being placed exceeds the amount the "switchboard" can handle. It's not a phone problem since the call can't even be made/processed.
