View Full Version : sanyo MM 7400 not charging

Has anyone else had the problem with their sanyo MM 7400 not charging? I took it to the sprint store and they said it was not my fault it is because the pin in the charger sometimes gets bent. They said they have had a lot of problems with this phone. They said they would swap my charger for the phone so I can plug into the other charger on the phone. Has anyone else had this happen to them before? Thanks!

A very common problem not exclusive to that phone. The other charger will fare much better.:tu:

happens a lot on samsung phones [a620]. Never happened to mine, but it does happen regularly. Use a slot type charger.

I think Sanyo is starting to reship phones with the flat charger...the V200 has a flat one instead of a standardised

Samsung has always used a flat style charger with their Verizon phones. The A800 and A880 were shown plugged in with flat chargers as well at tradeshows. Does Sprint require the universal port?

guess so...helps with consumers not re-buying accessories

Now all we need is for Sanyo to re-adopt its hinge, let the wallpaper once again fill the entire screen and we're back in business. Don't understand why they couldn't figure out that these are some of the few hallmarks which lead to people choosing them over Samsung.

Samsung fixed the latter (wallpapers).

I guess its a personal preference...I dont mind having my wall paper showing up with the bars on the bottom for the softkeys

I have a charger for my Sanyo 8100..and can it be used on the MM7400. It fits but I didn't know if I should use it.
