Anyone know if the Treos video speed is at 15 fps like the multimedia phones. I was wondering if I loaded DVD's on it, if it would be jerky.

If you rip it with certain settings, your DVD's will look perfect on your treo. Try DVD to Palm, search palmgear.com and it has the settings already configured. Now if your trying to stream the DVD, I can't help you. Hope this solves your problem
