The phone has no web, no RL, no camera, no external lcd, and no video. When it comes to how it looks, think of it as an 8200 w/o camera and external lcd and case is similar to the 4500. On the inside the screen is the size of the 4900 but has the visual graphics of the 4920.

When it comes to external display it does have a flashing red led surrounded by a flashy metallic plate similar to the 7300 but more polished. speaker is as good as the 8200. It does have txt sending and recieving. Phone seems to weigh as much as the 8200 but little lighter.

The phone is just a basic phone(what a phone is made for really) for basic people(mean no harm when saying this). I think of this phone mainly for family with preteens and/or teenagers just to keep in touch type phone.

If I had a mini me I would get this phone for him/her.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/4.0 (MobilePhone MM-5600/US/1.0) NetFront/3.1 MMP/2.0)

I think if it had a one line external display and ready link this would be THE phone for businesses, i would even think about getting it for my father

Why not have business flip phones? Sprint will never no what will happen with there sales if they were to add a business style phone. It will look good on there part with the nextel merger.

Well, I thought the 5600 was a business flip phone. I already know businesses with them.

Get outta here man! That phone is no way in hell a business phone friend. What I meant by the business style phone, I was really thinking of a nextel without the brick frame. The 5600 is for people who must have mp3's and camras and I dont see why would you need so many features within a phone. I look at it as if it was a PSP with VOIP. Sanyo should have made the 200 all black with an external caller ID, along with speakerphone & blue tooth. Sprint just need more selections now with the merger in place. ;)

Better believe it. Volkswagon dealership near where I live has the 5600 phones. They use its memory stick for work porpuses.

I saw the phone today at the Sprint store. It looks neat. The speakerphnoe edition (w/the flip down) is great! I may get it on Friday. (it's that or LG 125) :)

However, I forgot to ask the sales rep this question. Does the Sanyo 200 phone come in sliver at the store? I think I saw dark blue at the store?

Thanks!
