Keeping in mind that Sanyo has released another phone since the 5600, rumors (we know how accurate those are, right?) seem to think we'll see the 2300 vision phone and the 8300 which would have a camera. Anything more specific, and people seem to be much more splintered.

^not always. The A800 just is on Phonescoop, but was on the fcc for 2 months before.
anyways, the next sanyo's in line are the 2300, 8300, and 9000.

Wait, a new series?! What is the 9000 supposed to be?On a serious note, the 9000 is supposedly some "ultimate" Sanyo that beats even the 5000 series. It's up there with that $100,000-range Super Cadillac that's been speculated for ages: Nobody knows a damn thing.

man i'm hoping it's not a slider, the 9000 that is, but if i could learn to love any slider, it would definitely be a Sanyo.

You can expect the 8300 before the 9000.

The A800 will knock your socks off. The MM-535...eh...maybe...
but a 2mp camera and a qvga....and have you heard about the user interface they are putting in it?

The Samsung A8 sounds great on paper, but Samsung isn't that good when it comes to the construction of their sliders. The LG will likely be a better quality product.

right............
Probably not like that Samsung. I thought tuolumne and a few others were bullsh*tting when speaking of the quality of slide mechanisms in Samsung phones, but after some research and using a few myself, they really are the best at sliders from what I've seen.

What you quoted. It was the exact opposite of my experience, the opinion which I first made in another thread that you obviously missed.

SprintPCSinfo has the 9000 and 8300 listed under it's phone section (just the names).
QChat anyone?
That will be nice

Anybody else hear those crickets?
Seems to be the same chirps drowning out the A800's anticipation.

You wouldn't happen to know Tuolumne (or live in his house, use his PC, and fly his planes) would you? :hee:
