Download Problem

I am having trouble with my phone... :( I paid for 2 games but my phone won't let me download them. It says:

WARNING!
Memory is full.
Cannot download.
1 KB required.

I've been able to download stuff, but it just started giving me this message. I've deleted the useless trial crap they put on my phone, and I have 276 KB of free space. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? The programs I'm trying to download are games, each less than 95 KB.

Turn off your phone, take out the battery, and wait about 30 seconds. Return the battery to it's slot, power on, and it should now be fixed.

Tried it already, didn't work. I have a Sanyo 8200, if that makes a difference. :confused:

Please, anybody? I can't be the only person who has had this problem? :huh: I'd rather not go into the Sprint store, as they always end up ripping me off, or messing up my plan. Not to mention, it takes them an hour to even notice that people are waiting to be helped.
