If you set the camcorder to "mini sd rich" mode.. Then you can save upto 90min of video to the miniSD card. My question is... How do you get the videos to save to the "in camcorder" again? i.e. not the minisd card. Even when I switch it back to "30 sec mode" the videos continue to save on the miniSD card. Thoughts?

Go to picture/video then settings auto save to picture/video

From the the phone press menu, select pictures & videos icon, select item 6 settings and info , select Auto Save to , change the selection from minisd to my pics/video
