Are you using the Focus uploader?
The error message is gone, so that shouldn't be a problem anymore.

Now I have another problem. I have finally been able to successfully upload my ringtones to my phone but now I cant set them to be my default ringtones. How can I go about making them my default ringtones. In the folder they are in my phone, the icon next to the song is like a movie file. These are songs. What did I do wrong or how can I go about to change this?!?! Need help again PLEASE!

Go to the ringer and play with the options...in some phones you can do it through settings.
Don't be afraid to explore your phone...
This really didnt help. Sorry. I still cant figure it out!

settings....sounds.....ringer type.....set...or go to your file...select options...should have an option to set as ringer....i dont have the A700 but they all work the same.....as far as it being a movie looking icon.....you have to change the extension to .m4a.......on your pc...go into control panel....folder options...uncheck hide extensions so you can see them.....then just change the extension on your audio file.....
What do you mean change the extention on my audio file? How do I do that?

^^^^Yeah, what he said.
But changing the extension type would be like changing it from:
ringer.mp4
to
ringer.m4a
Hope that helped
