I have an east coast number, so it is eastern time zone wise, but I am currently in central. Whenever I receive a voicemail the time stamp is an hour off. It is reporting East Coast time instead of central for when the caller left a message. Whenever I receive a text message it also shows an hour off. Now obviously the math isn't hard to do, it'a just very annoying. The part that is really bugging me is all my "alert" text messages....i.e. weather updates etc. come an hour off. So my 7:15 morning weather text actually comes at 6:15. I've updated my yahoo account to show the central time zone...so in theory it shouldn't send the text until 7:15 central but I keep getting them at 6:15 or 7:15 eastern.
My phone is showing the correct local time. I've never noticed this problem in the past as far as the voicemail goes. But the whole hour early thing with the text messages is driving me nuts.
Anyone ever notice this when they've been traveling or out of their time zone??
