If he gets a diff phone, would he be able to request a 5600 cuz of the qvga screen?

No, on the MM5600 because the T4050 is not a RL phone. He might get a T4050, or a SamMM700.

Regardless of rl isnt the qvga screen a feature? and they are supposed to give you a phone with equal features

they might give him the same phone or a samsung 700 but not a sanyo 5600 because the features aren't equal

Have him call lock line. They will tell him what he will get. No one here can tell you for sure.

...other than they will replace with the exact same phone *no exceptions* if it is still in stock...I would expect that as stores still have it...

I accidently ran over my mom's 4050 with my moped (feel out of her pocket n tha driveway) and they sent her a 5600!... they first sent her an a700 but she told them that she wanted a 5600 beacause of the screen and she talked to a supervisor and got it!.........they also didnt charge her the $50 because it caused her "inconvience"

There are plenty of VM4050's available. Insurance IS NOT an upgrade program.

When you pay the $50 deductible, do you have to use a credit card? Are, there other forms of payment accepted?

Other forms of payment?? I tried that, but for some reason they wouldn't take my food stamps.
