If anyone is in the Dallas area that can help me out, I would really appreciate it.
The hinges on my phone are cracked. I took it in to the Sprint store and they said they replaced the case of the phone, but the hinges broke again after a month.
Can anyone repair this for me or replace the framing out w/ an old/returned Sanyo 5300? The Sprint stores say they have to have a returned Sanyo 5300 phone in order to replace the frame out, but none of them do.
How much would it cost to get the frame replaced or the hinges repaired?

Do I just go up to customer service and ask for a frame replacement or a repair on my phone?
I have called the nearest Sprint stores. One rep told me that I can keep calling back to see if they have any 5300 parts or returned 5300s so they can replace it out. Another rep said they are not trained on repairing the 5300. They also told me that replacing parts is a no-no and they get audited if they are caught. Something like that.

I remember reading a message here that the repair stores do not repair the 5300.

JUST DO A GOOGLE SEARCH FOR "CELL PHONE REPAIRS", I'M SURE YOU WILL FIND SOMEONE IN YOUR AREA .
THEY CAN REPAIR YOUR PHONE IF THEY HAVE ONE IN STOCK THAT THEY USE FOR PARTS .. SOMETIMES THEY BUY DAMAGE 5300's FROM EBAY , JUST TO HAVE IN THEIR STORE FOR THIS REASON.
YOU MAY GET LUCKY AND THEN YOU MAY NOT..
THEY MAY CHARGE $20.00 JUST FOR OPENING UP THE HOUSING AND THEN THEY MAY ADD A FEW $ , BUT THE $20.00 IS A START PRICE..

Sprint can not repair the 5300. The phone is not on the repair list and the techs are not certified to repair the phone. Sprint techs are not permitted to take apart phones that they are not certified to repair and the can lose their certification if the are caught repairing phones they are not autherized to repair.
