The Hell, All Ringtones I just downloaded are NOT MIDI!!

Ok since when are all the ringtones available through sprint little low quality snippets of the actual song and not MIDI renditions? I do not want a ringtone that sounds like a AM radio speaker. If I wanted to listen to the song I would us my Ipod. Since when are all Sprints ringtones not midi and how do I get Midi ringtones (and more importantly credit for the bull**** I downloaded, I downloaded like 4 ringtones before realizing they where all snipets of the actual song) :eyeroll:

You can "return" up to two things per month by going through "My Content Manager" on sprintpcs.com. Click on the item, and in the full description it will give you an option to return it. It usually credits your account within a day or two. As for the other two ringtones, my only suggestion would be to call *2 and explain the situation.

when browsing sprints download site, to get midis, click on the polyphonic section... that is the midi section.

I dont like voice ringers either.. Theyr cool if Im bored but I can barely hear them on my phone.. if I could hear them theyr crappy anyways lol
