Has anyone with a Toshiba 4050 filed a claim with Lockline recently? I'm asking because I have to ( thanks to the precision destruction of my phone by my twin daughters) and I'm actually hoping to not get a 4050 again. Don't get me wrong I like the phone, I just was hoping since it was kinda discontinued (depending on who you ask) that maybe they'd give me a 7400 or something? So I'm greedy.....WHAT??? :bang:

One of my customers did an insurance claim last week on a Samsung A680 and recieved a 4050, odds are you'll recieve the same phone..

needless to say they aren't happy, everytime i call to try and get it resolved their systems are down.

Kinda figured as much. The 4050's aren't that far out of availability to be replaced. I'm just going to have to upgrade my phone myself possibly.
