Sprint's Yahoo Messenger App?

May or may not be discussed somewhere but can't find it and my patience is thin anyway, so first, do me a favor and let this community be one that doesn't require me to open up a potentially discussed topic with a gd Search and Review Disclaimer. Sooo, anybody that could tell of any marked improvements in the current version of the app. over using the wap one will be much appreciated.

I didn't know there was a difference, I just go through the application on the phone. It works fine for me. I know I'm not going to pay sprint for the privildge of get notifications when I get an i/m. It's not that serious.

The app. is out for the 7400 now, but t9 won't let you put a space in, GGGGGGGGGGGGGGFDLKJSD:LKSJ

have u noticed the difference of peoples ims when there mobile???? some jus say im mobile and others say im mobile in blue next to there name and u can click it and it takes u to the yahoo mobile messenger website! If they got the blue im mobile thats a link by there name does that mean they got tha application? Ne one know

I think its coz there is a way to register your cell phone in the computer version of Yahoo. Sprint isnt listed as one of the providers they support. I think the providers they support will have that blue phone with the link, and we have to settle for the other one. As for the version # of the Yahoo app Im using is 1.0 and the space function doesnt work when Im in t9 mode either. I wish they'd fix it too, coz its just more of a pain in the proverbial ass than anything.
