I bought a USB cable from ebay and bitpim software came with it. I wanted to use it to upload pics and video to my desktop and therefore not have to pay a monthly vision fee. I have no problem getting my pictures, phone book, and calendar onto my desktop using the bitpim software and USB cable. However, I cannot get videos or ringers to upload directly using the USB cable from my Sanyo MM 7400 phone. I have vision free for 2 months, so I upload pics for free to my sprint website, but I don't want to pay additional cash for video uploading and the memory on my phone is full!! And I don't want to delete any of my videos to make room for pictures or new videos. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
