Recently purchased this phone and need some help. I can't zoom in or out when taking a picture. How do you zoom in or out? The key guidance says the left and right arrows to operate the zoom.
When using the camcorder the left and right arrows operates the zoom as advertised. What's the deal with the camera not zooming? Am I missing something?

You need to use medium or low resolution for zoom to operate.
