I have been creating a few MP3 ringtones for my phone and have run into a problem. Some of the ringtones are much to quiet. The actual volume in dB is different on each one, so I guess thats the problem. I have been trying to find a program to make them louder, but havent had any luck. Does anyone know of a program that can do this?
