My billing period restarted this past 21st and ever since then I haven't been able to check my current usage on the web. I have the picturemail package so I only got 100 messages to use but had no idea how many I had left. So I finally called up CS and the guy told me that because my 5% discount was readded (they had removed it the previous month by accident) a change was made in my account and that's why I couldn't view my current usage. So after he told me how many messages I had left as a consolation for my troubles he gave me PSC Vision for $10. I bet he knew I would be interested in adding the $5 unlimited text, which I was, and I asked him to add it and it started immediatetly. Not bad huh?

So you rolled in with vision pics and 100 messages and rolled out with vision pics and unl messages at the same price. Meh, beats gettin kicked in the head. Just FYI your old vision plan ($15/month I assume) also provided $5 reimbursement for downloads which is why the new one is less.
BTW the change also benifits the rep...what he did will show as "sale." There are quotas and such things. Most of the time its a little cumbersom but in some cases the sales actually can benifit users.

But I still have that reimbursement for downloads too. :D I asked several times before if I could have that reimbursement pay for unlimited text instead but they said it was prepackage and it wouldn't be possible.
