Anybody know where I can get a CD or a copy of the program for reinstalling this after my computor crashed? I have called several ways to Sprint and they don't even admit it exists even when I tell them there is an upgrade to V3.0 available on the web - you need v2.0 installed to use the upgrade

What are you using it for? If your using a Data Card from sprint, then you may need to, but if your using your phone as a modem, I would get rid of that crap. Just use Windows Diap-up Networking.
