I just got a a680 and im really annoyed that when i go to create a text message by default it comes up in abc mode, is there a way to make it come up by default in T9 mode.......

when ur riting something like a text press the pound button (#) and it should change those things but if that doesnt work then go into options and go down the list until u find the t9 input thing and click on that and that should work i used to have samsungs so i kinda know.

yea i know u can do that but i want it to come up T9 when u create a message like my sanyo 8200 would

There is no way to fix that. I had a a680 for a while and that was one of my concerns too.
You'll get used to changing it.

Yeah it's pratically automatic for me. When I open up a new text message, without thinking I change it to T9 mode. It would be a blessing if it automatically came up in T9, but i'm use to it now.

Good thing, because there is no way to change it. At least it does not cap every word like Sanyo.

um, Sanyos don't do that. :huh: it's called a shift button. :eyebrow:
