From who? Not that it really matters. You should NEVER give out passwords. Just delete such requests.

I have a feeling you have never used shortmail :) ...back in the day, it would ask ya for username/password when trying to get a message...very frustrating, but it usually worked itself out after a couple of hours

^^^You need to call CS and speak to a Vision Specialist. This was happening to me and apperently, it's not supposed to ask you this. They can override it for you.

basically exactly what the last guy said, but it wont always get rid of the login thing. have them set your email password, if they dont do it themselves, and then type it in along with your vision username. that will get rid of it for a time, but chances are that if you are getting the login once you will see it again. also make sure you are logged into your sprintpcs email and then get back to your shortmail, that will sometimes clear it up.

I think you can set your email password from www.sprintpcs.com. Its hiding under online tools>email>notifications and settings or some such craziness. I've never actually changed it in there so I am not sure how well it works out. Changes should be instantaneous.
