Hi. First I must say that if I use voice commands on the MM-7400 by way of the side button, I can not trip up the phone as hard as I try which I find to be very impressive as heck when my voice trained Sanyo 4900 tripped all the time.

The problem comes in if I use the talk button. For some reason when I press the talk button and say "find contact <name>", it is unpredictable and never gets it right and generally will start to dial someone's phone number when I'm meaning to just pull them up to text them.

Is there a difference between voice commands via the side button and the talk button? If there is, that's fine. Does it just work differentely or something? In a way I probably shouldn't wonder about it as I'm in the last week of my 30-day trial and there's about a 90% chance at this piont that I am 5600 club bound but I'm just wondering. One thing is for sure though - If I do go 5600, I hope it's voice recognician is as impeckable because whe I use the 7400's side button, I can not trip this phone up even on one syllable words if I speak with a lisp with a fake accent. It's simply the best I've seen in voice recognician wheather we're talking phones or computers. Must say it DESTROYS Sprint's * Voice services which only understand you if you are in a quiet room and you announciate every syllable perfectly. Good going Sanyo.

_EDIT_ Crap! Sorry, 7400 for the thread name not 7200.
