Texting problems with Sanyo-8200

I just got a Sanyo-8200 (Best Buy upgraded my 8100 for free, can you belive it?) which happens to be the same phone my fiance has. When she gets a text message the notification tells her what the message is and then she has an option to reply built right into the phone. I have been playing with my phone for about a day and when I get text messages it gives me a link that I have to follow to read my text message and the reply is online too just like with my 8100 and I don't think thats the way it is supposed to be. The 8200 has the text messaging section of the software with the inbox and out box and what-have-you but it doesn't seem to be utilizing it. Have you experianced this? I would love some help!

Secondly please search before posting questions. We have alot of information here and if you dont search and create more threads it makes it harder to find answers.

To answer your question you need to get tech support on the line....Do not call from your PCS phone instead use another phone so they can troubleshoot your account....

Thanks! The web fix worked perfect! In my defense I did search before hand but the difference between sms and short mail is brand new to me, and in the searches that I did that tread did not show up. I am so glad I found this site, I have been reading threads and using the focus upload tool for about a year now and I love it! Thanks again!
