try googling an mp4 player or mp4 to mpg convertor and stop spamming here. :)

This topic has been addressed before and I don't think there was ever a good solution to it?
I also have been able to get the videos off my 5500 and even play them but the biggest issue was that there was no sound. I think we concluded that when you send the videos through Sprint they due some sort of post processing to it to extract and play the audio portion of the video? I have tried every player out there and still cannot get the audio to play after downloading it with the USB cable.

As far as other files on the 5500, I don't think you can get the games, apps, etc. off the phone? Some models you can but not the 5500.

Hope this helps?
