the only retention family plan ive seen is the 1 i have $100 a month 2500 anytime mins. unlimited n&w free aap and free 7pm nights. and it includes free vision on the 1st line and only $5 on each additonal

did you get this recently? did you threaten to cancel? or did you just call and hope for the best?
do you know if they'd throw in phones with these and lastly how long is your contract for.

I got this plan 2 months ago. I was on the previous $100 1800 min. plan with free vision. You have to have had free vision before to get it again. 7 PM nights are not free, but 8's are.

i didnt have to threaten retention at all i just called nicely and asked because i been approved for 10 lines and only had 2 so far and told them that i wanted to add 2 more so they told me about the $100 2500 min plan and noted it on my acct. that they offered it and went in the store and yea i got phones for free it was the nokia 6225 and sanyo 4920 and yes 7pm nights are free they charge me $5 then i get a $5 credit on all 4 of my lines got this plan back in janurary though so i dunno if its still offered
