View Full Version : Audio problems between Sanyo PM-8200 and Treo 650.

I know you guys are going to think I am nuts but here is the problem. My wife has a Sanyo PM-8200 and I recently purchased a Treo 650 when I call her using my new phone she complains that it sounds like I am shouting into the phone. Her volume is set at the mid point and she has no problems hearing anybody else.

When I place a call on my Treo the audio sounds just fine on any other phone but when I call her my voice is loud and distorted.

I am not sure what could cause this because it appears it is only between the PM-8200 and the Treo 6500 or something misconfigured inside Sprints Network.

Does anybody have any suggestions before I take both phones to my Sprint store to have them checked out?
