kind of a long story... but here goes
On January 10th i tried to log in to my pictures account and it said login invalid so i call up sprint and they asked all the usually troubleshhoting questions and transfered me like 5 times... finally i got to a vision tech that told me to try to upload a pic, so when i did that it worked!!! but when i logged in to my pictures account on the computer is said 0 pictures..***????:eek: so i told the tech wut happened and he started tellin me that he could get all of my pictures and put em on a cd and send em to me.... that sounded aight to me so i gave him my mailing address and he told me it should be here in about a week in a half. so i waited 2 weeks to call back and when i did everyone was tellin me that wasnt possible, they cant get any pictures that were deleted and put em on a disc... so finally after been transfered 5 times i get to some guy that said that it was possible and that they opened up a ticket a week ago and the ticket had been closed and the cd had been shipped and should be here in 2-3 weeks.. so i asked for the ticket number and i asked if he had a tracking number 4 the cd.. he gave me the ticket number and said he didnt have the tracking number but assured that the cd had been shipped.... so now its March 7th ad still no cd... i just got off tha phone wit SPRINT and now ive been told that everyone that told me the cd were coming were just lyin to me and that the ticket was closed because theres no way to get my pictures back....!!!?!?!?!!? :furious:
ok now i need u guys help!! wut do i do? basically sprint has been lyin to me for 2 months now 4 no reason.. 1 of the reps said he was going to transfer me to retention....? for wut?
