I was on the vision site which i rarely go on to see what ringers they had and they are keepin up with the new music very good, so i clicked on a song and accidently click download i dun want this ringer because i make them myself so is there a way i can get them to credit me the cost of the ringer, and i will erase it from my phone???? :confused:

Go to sprintpcs.com, log in, and use the side menu to go to "My phone and plan" --> Phone details --> My content manager. Then click "View my ringers." Click the little magnifying glass next to the ringer you downloaded. It'll say "Date purchased, etc." and there will be a link to "Request a refund." Select the appropriate box, and click submit. a credit will be posted within 48 hours. you can do this twice a month on anything you download. Hope that helps! :D

that last one would definitely help me out for sure but im with qwest so im in limbo when it comes to vision.... I can only use the features on my phone everything like uploading pics to the net and stuff i do through qwest i cant go to the sprint site and login to my content manager on my computer only on my phone i think today i will call them up and ask to speak to the vision department maybe they can help me out.... :sad:

oh dang. Well, shoot. Yeah, you'll probably have to go through vision tier 1 then. Sorry bout that. Hopefully, that helps some others, though.

i work for qwest and here's the way i've told customers to go about getting credit for a refund with vision.
Call 18002441111 or *611 (from cell) and talk to someone in billing. Just let them know your situation and they should credit your account if it hasn't been too long. If they give you any hastle just call 888-879-0611 which is for pcs repair and they could probably further help you.
