View Full Version : Checking Data Usage for Unlimited Vision?

With all the talk of being busted for large amounts of data usage on unlimited Vision plans (http://www.sprintusers.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&t=57617), I'd like to know how to check my own data usage. Pressing ##786# on my Sanyo PM-8200 just gives me my "internal" (browser, ringers, etc.) usage. Going to Sprint's "My PCS" site only give me voice and SMS usage (image attached). Anyone know how to find out data usage in this situation?!

Other than to call *2 or email CS and ask how much you have used, trying to see if buying it by the Kb would be cheaper route...... not off the top of my head.

OK. Thanks. Is anyone out there who subscribes to unlimited or "per KB" vision able to see their usage? I'm assuming only the "per KB" crowd can see their usage. Am I correct?

I used to have per kb vision and could never see my usage online or with *4. :(

I just signed up with SprintPCS and so far I like it. I am a little unclear as to how they charge you for using the wireless internet (and downloading to your phone). I know I have the 100 free text messages, and I have to pay vendors for d-loading their files, but when I connect to the internet to download a ringer that I have made (for example through the focus site), does that go against my airtime, or is there a flat rate or what. I don't want to get slammed  with a huge bill w/o relizing it.

Thanks,

Ken

I just have the 2 month free trial. How do they charge you with the 2 month trial and what about when the trial ends (if I don't decide to keep it)? Can I still d-load and how much will it cost then?

Thanks,

Ken
