View Full Version : somethings wrong with the video on the 7400. help me!

hey. i have the 7400 and the other day i was taking a video then wen i watched it in the 20 second quality it forze in the middle of it with a green thing covering the screen then the video sudenly started working again its hard to explain. but then i thought o it wil pass, but then earlier today i was taking a 30 secongd video and the same thing happened. with this green thing in the middle. what should i do can someone please help me?

Take it to a store and have them check it out.

They can do more than any of us here in the forum. Best we can do is an educated guess, where they might be able to see the problem and actually *fix* it...

yeah i just dont know what to saty to my dad ive only had this fone for like 2 months.

in that link up there you'll be able to see the green screen thing that gets meesed up. any1 experience this?

I don't see any link, buy I have had a video do that green screen thing before. I think it's memory related
