Even though the N400 is a horrible phone, it should still work with Snap Sync. What are the steps you took? (ie. Installation, connection, etc)

oh ok thanx. yeah he just got it exchanged cuz the last 1 stopped working. he asked if they would give him a different model and they said he would have to by a new 1. but he didnt really need a fone with a camera on it anyway so he just kept it for the modem for his work.

Use the phone number on the back of the package and talk to tech support (the number is also availble at futuredial.com).

Tech support is always a better idea than asking on a forum. :hee:

About the new phone....you really need one. A used phone on ebay or craigslist could amaze you...
