OK..I have the insurance through SPCS. I have started to have major issues with my phone since my dog decided to use it as a chew toy and would like to know how to replace it. Do I call Lockline or can I go into the local SPCS strore and pay the $35 and replace it?

Call Lock/Line. They replace the phone, and the deductible is $50 now. You can thank frauders who use the insurance for phone upgrades.

In the future, please use the forum's :search: feature. :tu:

That's because insurance is probably the single largest legalized form of robbery there is.

Honestly, all that money you pay for health, life, car, home, and any other insurance policy, I feel that if I make it through life and never make a claim, I should get something back. But hey, that would make sense.

Sorry for the little rant.....

I have no problem with locline, but I think cheeper phones should have a cheeper claim. I hate auto insurance. I have it for years, dont make a single claim, no speading tickets, and somebody hits me when im sleeping (the car was parked infront of my house) It cost 3000 to fix it, and my insurance goes up. Since Ive had insurance, ive probably given them 6,000. How does my insurance go up when its not even my fault. Im done complaining also.

Insurance is a form of gambling you hope you never hit the jackpot at, but when you hit the jackpot you are glad you have it.

You hope you never get sick, but if you ever have a major problem you are glad you have the medical insurance.....
