I have a clamshell Samsung V200 with a camera.
I dropped it in water in September, then dried it for a couple of days with absorbant paper. It started working absolutely normally again after that.
But a couple of weeks ago, I noticed that it had become increasingly difficult to turn it on and off, meaning that I had to press the red button harder and harder, so I decided to keep it on permanently.
But last night I had to replace the SIM card and I had to disconnect the battery. Ever since, I could not turn it back on, although the phone reacts when being recharged -- all signs are there that it works, only I cannot turn it on.
What should I do, I have some 200 very important numbers saved on the phone memory (SIM card memory was already full) and about 100 photos.
How can I retrieve them, if I cannot turn the phone on?
Please help! Cheers, Eugen
