What I have come to expect from sprint.

Does anyone have this phone and has purchased access to the Music Choice Channel that sprint offers.
Cause if you do and the channel works I would like to know. I purchased the music choice channel and it doesn't work. I've been to the sprint store and had my phone checked by a tech and my phone has no known problems.

I sometimes get error code M32 and sometimes i get no error at all it just jumps back to the channel page. Even the demo MM7400 phone in the sprint stores that ive been to don't play this channel. How can sprint say that they are the first to offer a streaming audio service like music choice but the service doesn't work. In the sprint store the techs were saying that there was nothing they could do except get me my 6 dollars back. I said a refund would be nice but what could i do to escalate the situation so that something is done to get this freakin problem fixed. The answer i got was, "We have never dealt with a situation like this and had nothing else to say. COME ON SPRINT GET IT TOGETHER

Not even the preview area for channels that you haven't purchased will play the music choice channel.

I don't understand how sprint can offer a service for 6 dollars a month and let people purchase this content that doesn't even work.

Anyone have any suggestions PLEASEEEEEEEEE!

Go on the web on your account and ask for a refund and they would give you a credit on your account

I am having problems loading my CNN to go and other preview channels as well. I subscribed to CNN and been using it for a month, but since last Saturday, I could not download anything! I called sprint tech but they cannot solve the problem. They said it has nothing to do with the phone but their transmission and they would fix it for me. But until now, I cannot load my CNN. Is there anyone here who can tell me what's going on with Sprint's streaming audio? Looks like it is happening to other subscribers, too.

What is the audio quality like on Music Choice? Does it sound highly compressed like a QCP ringer? Or more similar to an AAC ringer?

I realize its probably an AAC audio stream, but i am concerned about the bitrate. If it was 64Kbps AAC, I think the $5.95 would be worth it.

The quality is great! It's pretty loud too, it only has 3 volume levels though. But it does sound pretty good though, it's worth $5.95 if you like listening to music.

I didnt think it was that great.....i think it is a very low bitrate because it has this metallic sound to it....i got the same sound when i was shrinking my ringers bitrate to make them smaller. That sound just gets annoying after a while....although, for some reason alot of people dont understand what i am talking about when i say this. It must be my delicate musician ears.....

I did the preview section as I am not going to pay the 5.95/mo when I can spend $420.00 on the 5600 and play whatever I want, and it worked fine for me. Still has the Gene Simmons interview excerpt.

Does the damn handset still buzz you after 5 minutes of inactivity if listening to an audio stream?
