EZ Keitai Picture (KTPIC) 1.18 in English

I posted on another thread yesterday when I originally translated 1.14a into English for myself... I noticed 1.18 was the latest version, so I went through this time and tweaked the placement of a lot of text and menus so that it fit better in english (Japanese is usually a lot more terse in written form).. Same as before, though.. there's a few parts that just do not want to switch over to English even though I changed them.. anyway, I just created a GeoCities account so I could upload this file and post it...

Ok, I tried this for about an hour. I do not know what I am doing wrong. I have an animated gif. I tried converting it to pmd and png. Neither would work on my vm4050. Then I tried taking individual pics and making pngs' then making a pmd from the pngs, also from the gifs, and nothing works.

Can anyone see if they can make the attached animated gif into a format that would work on the vm4050? I would greatly appreciate it.

Which is strange, since its a video "VM" phone. How messed up is that? There has to be a video format that supports animated video of some sort...

Yeah .. I was discusted when I found out ... at any rate ...

Here is a copy of the help file for Version 1.18 in english ...
just rename the file from "ktaipic_eng.txt" to "ktaipic.chm" and drop the file into the same folder as the KTAIPIC.EXE file and the "roughly" translated english version appears for the help file. Version 1.18 came out about two weeks ago ... around there.

I have an animated ringer on my 4050 - got it from fonpirate's site...not sure how he made it - and its nothing spectacular - but its animated. I've also gotten a couple of visionsamaritan. I'll have to look and see if I can find their extension.

ROMEO69: not sure what happened to the file you downloaded but I just download it and there was no password asked for, you may want to try redownloading it.

Thank you very much Kylo for translating :) but i seem to have a problem. I can convert a gif image quite easily but the animation will only run at about 1 frame/second. This happens for every gif i try to convert. Any ideas?

There are only 9 frames in the file. I wanted to keep it simple to start.

I loook on the list and Saw the phone say which file support what. I know that the list have all kinds of stuff put My Phone is a SpriintPCS NOKIA 6225PM and I can use QCP AND PMD it works on mine great I just want say that so if any think it Couldn't do that :joy:
