Created small .qcp, always repeats instead of once...

OK, I used the PVConverter method to change the file notify.wav from c:\windows\media to a .qcp file, however when I use this as a Text message notifier, it continues to repeat, despite having my alert set to go off only once, and not repeatedly. Any ideas?

Not completely answered.. I made the file 10 seconds long by filling the rest with silence, but it still repeatedly vibrates during that time. I'd just like it to vibrate once, like the build-in options allow.
