I need a PROGRAM that will transfer QCP files via USB to a Sanyo 4920. BitPim will not do it, but the Sanyo 4920 DOES support them. I don't want a website, because I don't have PCS Vision. I need a PROGRAM, so I can make use of this chord that I invested in. PMD files would be nice as well.

There are none. Least none that I'm aware of or have ever read about. BitPim, Focus and the other web based dealies are the only way to move QCPs with the 4920.

I think Futuredial, www.futuredial.com (http://www.futuredial.com) has a program called SnapMedia that deals with Ringtones and pictures. It's Actually a PROGRAM that will do it and let you xfer from computer to the phone through the datacable. Check their site and stuff for support for the Sanyo 4920. More than likely they will have support by now for this phone, cause the phone itself has been out for a while now.

I think Futuredial, www.futuredial.com (http://www.futuredial.com) has a program called SnapMedia that deals with Ringtones and pictures. ...Yep, they do have such a program. However, QCP is not a supported format for transfer. SnapMedia will only let you import midi tones to your phone, just as BitPim does.
Quoted from http://www.futuredial.com/FDCart/ProductDetails.aspx?pid=123&cid=30
SUPPORTED RINGER & IMAGE FORMATS:
* Standard MIDI musical file format for use as ringers.
* JPEG, PNG, BMP image formats (GIF file format is NOT supported)
I believe its an error the phone itself pukes out. Look at the logs in BitPim when you try to transfer a QCP. When the transfer completes, the phone complains that MIDI is the only supported format. *shrug* I havent looked into it that much. I tried once, noted the error, and resigned myself to using focus.
Either way, focus or other web based deals are it.
Cheers. :D
