Do you have a 8200?? If so that phone isnt compatiable with aac tones....you need to make qcp's

If Your Making Aac Rings Just Use Wavepad And Amplify It

well try wavepad to trim and amplify then all you need is dbpower amp to convert to mp4. its a lot easier and the prrograms are smaller

yes db power amp is good, and you can use any mp3 editing program can be used to extract the part you want. I use goldwave with the lame plugin. if you're having trouble with it, i remember seeing a tutorial (where i learned) in the forums here someplace a while back. just do a search for it.
