Does it do anything different? The black on it is hot though.

Edit: From the previous RAZR I meant. Sorry :)

A phone is a phone, but a cigar is a good smoke!

...I dunno, I've had more than one substandard cigar.

Then again, saying so would be off-topic. ;)

i don't see what the fuss is all about, it's just a thin phone. RF probably sucks on it.

Doesn't it cost around $600? the form factor is very cool but for that kind of bread it'd better have some SERIOUS PDA functionality...IMO

$750 or so for it to be unlocked on any GSM network. with cingular, it's $499 with a 2 year contract

Awesome Ted. I've played with a couple of the silver RAZRs and I'm nowhere near impressed. I've got a Treo 600, Samsung A680, and Treo 650 on order, and I'd only prefer the RAZR over the 680.

I'd much rather have a Sanyo 6xxx phone with a color screen.

Sanyo should pay atention and try to make their new phones look good instead of the other way around. (damn 5600)

This phone feels like cheap plastic. It doesn't feel sturdy at all. The plastic of this phone resembles that of toy phones they have at Dollar General.

^^ Its mostly aluminum though. Have you actually held the phone. I owned one for about 20 days and was pretty pleased with it. Very overpriced but nice.

I will be getting the black one if I can find one unbranded and unlocked.
