View Full Version : Getting a G3 error on my PM-325
Does anyone know what the G3 error is? When I go to send a picture from my phone, I add the address(s) and then hit NEXT and the phone says RETREIVING DATA and then it stops with a G3 error. It's done it 30 times today everytime I send a picture.

Is this still happening? Usually there are only 2 messages you see: C1 or T1-T4. C1 would indicate a password issue and T errors would indicate a bad web connect. Try to power cycle and see if this error changes to something more meaningful and also check that you can access the web. If you can access the web you might try to clear the picture password main menu>settings>security>reset pictures account ... (clear token choose yes). Try again. See what happens and call cust service from another phone if you need help.
Well...I tried the power cycle option already and that didn't work...I also can access the web and send text messages ok. If I chose reset pictures account...what will this do? Will I loose any pics or anything on the phone or on the web?

you do have v17 firmware right? reseting the picture account on the phone simply removes the pictures password saved on the phone so it will prompt you for it again.
Ha...yes...this place is sweet. It works now...how the heck did that happen!?

....good question. What happened from when the error started to when it began working? Did the error ever change or just go away?
