vision activation?

i activated a 7400 yesterday and was told 4 hrs for vision to work, and it still isnt working.....how long does it really take?

Took each of my phones about 2 hours tops. But the first time I got it (when vision first came out) they forgot about me. So i called them back and they got it up for me in about 20 min. The phone needs to be turned on and have limited use for the first few hours so that the update can occur. you might hear the phone beep and reset power to itself, then it should be good to go.

yeah i ended up calling cs, turns out they set up my planchange to activate next cycle, he overrode it, and i had vision up and running within 2 hrs
