I have unlimited SMS, so why is the sprint site saying additional used? Will I be billed for that?

the crazy suckers are charging me for like 1700 messages..... and i have had unlimited since i started service but it somehow gets magically removed almost every month

hmm, obviously u mustve gone w/ the UNLIMITED SMS plan.......
(in small print)...until 1670 :p
I had similar bullsh_t, just call em and tell em ur case

cs rep said wait and see if you are billed for it when you get the bill, if you are then call back and we will credit you for the additional used.

Forgot to mention, that would be the safest thing to do also is wait for the final bill.

I have the same EXACT problem. I got the same response when I emailed sprint. They told me to wait until my bill comes at the end of them month, and if it is charged then they will credit it. The rep emphasized in the email that I shouldn't be getting charged for the additional used.

I have the exact same thing happen to me this month. I have 3 lines and only 2 of them have unlimited sms. Only on my phone does it show that I have used 1 extra message out of an unlimited supply :confused: . My invoice starts over tonight so I should know in a few days.

I have the same thing happen to me...additional used is 1. BUT I do not have a shared plan. I'm not worried about it, $0.10.

That's it? Only 1600...
my bililng period started over today, so i will know if a few days. and i ended up with 1790 sms msgs for the month.

I've had the same thing going on with my regular anytime minutes. Even though I've only used a fourth of my minutes this bill cycle, *something* is making the counter in the Additional Minutes section increase. I called it in, and got the same story - it shouldn't be doing it, and if something shows up on the bill, let them know and they'll credit me. Still makes me nervous, though -- wish they'd fix it now to avoid a potentially large bill I have to fight to get reduced. Still, over 2 years with sprint and this is my first glitch of any sort...
