Had no problem paring it up with my headset and pda but I am having an issue pairing it with my laptop. What do I put in when it asks for pin code?

It should ask for a pin on both sides. You should be able to use any pin as long as the two match, but from what I've heard on here with the 325 you're best off using your lock code for the pin.
