View Full Version : Help!! My Messaging is not working at all...

Hey everyone, I'm new to sprintusers.com, and i think this site is awesome. But anyway, I just signed up for sprint service 3 days ago, and I got a Sanyo PM8500, and i really like my phone. My number was ported from Verizon Wireless, but i am having one problem.. My problem is that i can send text messages just fine to anyone, but when it c omes to recieving them, it sometimes takes up to 3-4 hours to get them. This morning i just recieved a message that was sent to me last night at 10:45. This is a very annoying problem, and sprinthasn't seemed to of done anything that is helping it. One of the people at sprint i talked to thought that my recieving settings for messaging was set up for both SMS and short mail, when it is only suppose to be set up for SMS, but he sent me updates and that didnt' work either. It is quiet weird because there are many times were all recieve 5 or 6 new messages all at once and late. If anyone has any suggestiosn or solutions it would be very very helpful. Thanks
