I used to be a circuit city employee with 15/month plan which never got cancelled. I want to upgrade my phone by providing a new ESN # i purchase from ebay i500 samsung. I upgraded before and I didn't have to talk to My Employee Representive, but now the CS says I will have to be transfered over to a Emp Rep. But I dont want to get my 15/month cancelled. I ask the CS why I didn't have to do it before? She said because the new phone may require a new plan. I had a samsung VGA1000 and that didn't need Emp Rep for switching.
Any suggestions

I used to work at Best Buy as a technician. Only wireless employees were supposed to get that deal, but I was good friends with our rep and he hooked me up. I had the plan for over 2 years until Sprint just shut it off because they found out I did not work in wireless. I found out this is true for all companies, not just Best Buy. My other buddy who had the same plan just called me last night and told me that Sprint cancelled his plan too. It will happen no matter what. I have been able to switch phones while not working there, they just always transferred me to the business department.

What kind of plan did you get for $15
Ive been on a dealer plan at $30 for 3000 anytime minutes for 3 years...But Sprint now says they are doing away with that and I now have to go to 1000 minutes with 1000 night and weekends and free unlimited Readylink for $20.
