Total Protection Plan question

Just signed up for the Total Protection Plan. Let me get this straight, if I accidently drop my phone and it busts in half, all I do is call Lockline and send in 60 dollars and get a comparable phone.

You could eat your phone. Call lockline, and recive a new phone before you poop out the old one.

Remember it will probably be a "refurbished phone" and not a "new" phone.

I have had several cases recently of customers not getting phones that anyone would consider comparable to the old one they had. I had one person make a claim on a vm4500 and got a Nokia 6016i as well as many more in the past few weeks. Has anyone else seen this problem recently?
