The nearest Costco to me is 2 hours away and seems to have the 7400 in stock at random. do any other places like sams club or bjs wholesale have the same type of deals on the cell phones?

Other places probably have deals just as good, but probably only for new customers. That is the advantage about costco.

Next bet would be best buy or Radio Shack. (Only when they get sales). So watch the ads.

sams club prices were about the same as sprint. they usually discount more for new lines, but moving extra for equipment only
