I'm inquiring about Sanyo 5500/VM4500 - 1.011SP. I hate the tech/manager at the store in my city. She is mean, unhelpful, and uninformative. Deval you need to transfer to our store. Could they even put the update on with my screen being busted?

That *insert really mean word for Saginaw Sprint Tech here* probably wouldn't do it. I don't use Readylink so I don't have to worry about it anyway.

That's true but she is soooooooooo hateful. Just a true hater. She had a attitude when my screen wasn't broken and I got a firmware update. Asked her what it did and she wouldn't tell me. Made me want to take out several Vision brochures, set them on the counter and leave. I hate her so :evil:

Don't side with her Deval. She is a very evil woman. I wish I could fill a comment card on her. I'd put two in, under different names. I've done it before too, on a guy named Floyd at KFC. He didn't give me a spork for my mashed potatos. I had to use a wedge :furious:.
