Really just depends on when you call and whats in stock. The 4500 is the standard replacement, if they are out they will send you a different model.

Heyya Tee you look familiar lol. Its usually whats in stock but wouldnt a 8200 be a downgrade??

actually it would be a downgrade but from what i thought the vm4500/5500 was discontinued. also they were doing this before the 7400 came out so i dont know what they are giving now. do i know you from somewhere?
