Force digital roam or customize PRL on Treo-650?

I am looking for information on customizing the PRL for my Treo 650 . Specifically, I want to force my phone to stay in digital roam at my office where there is strong CDMA-800 but only weak CDMA-1900. The phone tends to lock onto the weaker signal, where it is not capable of maintaining a voice conversation.

I don't believe you'll find much luck on this topic. I've tried extensively to get the exact same thing done on the Treo 600. In fact, other users set up a bounty that reached above $500 for someone to figure this out, with no avail.

Although, don't get me wrong, I would love for someone to make this as well. Thoughts?

slightly different answer, but some of the samsungs now reportedly have digital only roaming option...A700, A740 are two examples.
